Edit: It doesn't matter if it says 01-02 on the shipping label. The off road version is the same for 98-02 because the only differences between the years were the the location or lack of the egr tube I believe. The o2 bung you were referring to is needed whether you have the race version or not.

As mentioned, you did receive the correct headers. PaceSetter labels the race-style headers as a 2001-2002 set for some reason, but the 72C2256 part number is for the race-style headers for 1998-2002 LS1 f-bodies.

Again, I am always glad to help. Let me know how the install goes, and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks!

Trevor

Trevor,

I'm new to the Ls1 scene but not new to the racing scene. Your responces here have earned my future business on several pieces I will be purchasing soon.

Any word on when the next batch will get to you? I ordered a set last week, and was told you should have them this week. I know, it's only Mon. morning, not trying to be a pest, just anxious!!
Thanks!!

Chris - Let me know if you have any questions about any parts you may be looking at. Depending on what your last car was, the LS1 can be a very different beast. I'm always here to help, whether you are buying parts from us or not.

Jim - I just spoke with PaceSetter, and our order is scheduled to ship this Wednesday. It ships to us via truck freight, and it normally takes 4-5 business days to arrive at our facility. So, headers should be ready to ship by the middle of next week.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
