Once you add headers, you will get a bigger gain than typical because of the heads/intake.

hey would the ls6 heads bolt right on to an ls1 and whats up with the 2029,2013,20332031 are they casting numbers or part numbers, are they all the same or is there some kinda diff, i am interested, o and can you still do that manley or ferrera valve upgrade??? pls let me know

They will bolt right on to an LS1. If you have a 97/98, the 99+ valvecovers and coil brackets will be needed.

im looking into getting some heads and your prices seem to be in my range. im just not sure on what heads would be good for me. maybe you could help
my current mods are in my sig, and i will be adding a 216/220 .525/.532 114 lsa cam, what heads would you recomend? also do you carry any rollar rockers (1.8) that you might be able to install on the heads for me, if so how much more? what kinds of gains would i exspect from the heads you recomend and those heads plus rollar rockers? thansk for any help you couls give me.

I would either go with Yella Terra 1.8's, or if you can wait, keep your eyes open for a Harland Sharp GP that we will be running in January.
I Would say go with the stage 2 5.3 heads, if you think you may go with a bigger cam down the road, consider the LS6.
