Im Not Whineing Im Just Pissed With The Lack Of Comunication. Also If This Would Have Been 15 Like The Original Deal Was I Think They Would Have Been Shipped And On There Way. And Brian I Thank You For The Good Price On The Rotors But Some Of Us Actually Need These Rotors And Not Just Want Them. Like Mine Im Pushing 60 000 Miles On My O2 Ss Just Dont Want To Turn The Stock Ones.

I sent a PM very early this morning. He responded with give him a call.I called three times and could never get Brian. I sent two more PM's around noon his time and asked him to call me or at least send a message with the what type of pads he was sending and the tracking number. Each read receipt was processed shortly after sending but no call and no return message. I was lucky enough to talk to the recepsionist twice but obiously that didn't help either. This whole purchase has been fouled up, he never responds and still has people lined up to purchase more. I placed an order with DMS for a panard, springs and relocation brackets last Friday, those parts are now in my garage.

I got my tracking numbers. It does take a day for those to work. The shippers want you to use it once something has been delayed. It isn't a GPS device that you can watch as it crosses the country.
This thread needs a break until someone gets their rotors and wants to say how great they are....or something genuinely goes wrong like a wrecked UPS truck......which the whiners would blame on Brian too...

If that comment is meant for me, I also supported Brian but after 10 plus phone calls $$, numerous posts and PM's with no responses, I am more than a little dissapointed. All I wanted was a recomendation on pads so I could order them. I could easily have waited a month for the rotors but I can not tollerate the absense of comunication. It only takes a few moments to answer an email and I would assume that the ordering of additinonal product would be a good thing. The circumstances at least involving my situation do not convey good customer service. Thats not whining its providing information to other members so they will be able to make an informed decison( good or bad) when choosing a supplier.
P.S. The tracking number is a GPS type device and I do track all of my shipments across the country, including the original delivery of my car.

It's not like everyone doesn't already know that Wholesale Direct has had problems with shipping and customer service, if you can't wait, or want good customer service, then it would have probably been wise to choose a different distributor. I ordered the same Brembo rotors, with out all the gay cross drilling and slotting from Tirerack.com. Came in 2 days for a tiny bit more money. Yes, you get what you pay for. Few extra bucks = me happy, sounds good here

damm brian where is my pm back with my tracking number. dude your customer service sucks. all i asked for was a tracking number man.
just take care of your customers and you will go further in your buisness instead of about how many sets of rotors you can sell. all im asking for is a tracking number cause i feel like i have been screwed out of 299 bucks. its going on 4 weeks and still no rotors on my car.

fEz...you're right. You can track it as it goes after the fact. I was only referring to the diff btween a live signal that enables you to watch it move like a navigation system and a method using a number that feeds information to you in this case.
You are also right in your comment about wanting to communicate better for adds to your order. I imagine that the impatience of a few may generate a lot of extra mail to sort thru, but then I need to quit defending someone I don't know. I guess that's why it would be better even for this vendor to produce in advance, then sell...even if it costs a few more bucks. I would have paid more because of all the trust everyone seems to place in the Brembo name.
