Exactly!! Anything with a blue LED will cost more than a red LED, a green LED, a white LED, or a yellow LED.

I don't carry the V1's anymore... you'd be better off going straight to them.

I only carry all of the Escort products.

I used to have a V1 in my SS... I thought is was awesome. Then while riding next to my buddy, who had an 8500 X50, his detector went off before mine. I got popped and he didn't. That's when we started doing comparisons. We put both detectors in the same car with a cigarette lighter Y cord. The X50 would pick up before the V1, and the X50 had less false alarms. Seeing for myself was enough to convince me to trade off. Then to top it off, I saw the radartest.com testing that rated the X50 as the worlds best. So I now own three 8500 X50's... one for my WS6, one for my GTP, and one for my C5. They have paid for themselves many times over.
The icing on that cake is, the X50's cost much, much less than the V1's.
