They have been so helpfull to me, giving me all kinds of advice about what works best and what doesn't for my car. I have called them many times just to ask for help on something and they always give me their undivided attention to answer my questions. We can not match prices certain times, like people with their employee discount prices and what not.
I have had some people try to get us to match places that also charge a processing fee above the price of the product.
We are very fair when it comes to this, and I'd say 98% of the time we can deliever. It's just the way the retail world works.
