Re: LS1 Edit GP ???
I've never seen one, and I wouldn't expect one. The only place that sells edit is carputing, the makers. But man oh man, would I be in for that, and so would everyone else on any of these boards I think.

Re: LS1 Edit GP ???
For those of you who are interested,I emailed carputing this morning regarding a possible GP for LS1 Edit, and this is what they had to say ..
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><hr /><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">We have had a very hard time keeping up with demand. We currently have
a 2 week Backlog of orders. We won't have any GP's until we can get rid
of the backlog, and build up a stock of cables. </font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">So, a GP is not impossible. I'm not sure how long it will be before they can offer one, though. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Re: LS1 Edit GP ???
I guess you guys missed the great GP we had on these a while back! ... Just kidding, never heard back from them .. Most likely they won't do a GP because they can sell them pretty well at the current price, and demand is high, so they wouldn't really benefit from a GP I guess. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

i would think they would sell to those that wouldnt buy one because of the price being so high, like me <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I kinda don't get the high $$$ thing..I think its fair..if not reasonable..You spend $300 plus on prgrammers and dyno tunes..Edit does it all plus way more..and only a few hundred more.

Re: LS1 Edit GP ???
I doubt Carputing will ever have a GP unless something like the Tunercat unit (which still isn't available yet)becomes available, is an equally competitive product and is priced less. Why would they do a GP when they're really the only game in town?

That means that there is way too many people happy to pay the current price for LS1 Edit.

ive talked to many people in person and they all dont have it because of the rediculous high price. other tuner programs arent as expensive, and you dont need a laptop to run. anyone can justify anything if they have the money for it.
