This is the **** that pisses me off...don't tell me what you THINK I want to hear, tell me what the f--k it is going to be...The order was placed on the 11th, so it's been 12 days so far and they haven't even shipped. Even if they shipped monday it was be another 4 days probably for delivery.

And yes, I'm sure my CC was billed 12 days ago as well.

exactly, if they say 4 weeks, then I'll gladly wait 4 weeks...I was repeatedly told one week, even when I triple checked over the phone while placing the order.

Mine have squeaked since day one last fall and haven't stopped yet. But I guess you get what you pay for. Factory OE pads for the front are line $110!!!

 

I want to jump In here If you guys dont mind and say a few things. The orders should take no longer than 10 business days like I stated to whoever called and placed orders with us. The reason we can offer this low price Is due to the fact we have low overhead and make to order the products. If you guys have a problem with squeeking and so forth there Is a warranty If the pads are defective we will exchange them. We have sold hundreds of kits on here and the product Is good. You're apparently not hearing us....if you say one week, then it should be one week....if you say 4 weeks, then it'll be 4 weeks, just friggin tell us what it'll be, not what you think we want to hear...so, up above when you say to me "1badmofo, 1 week for del'y" did you mean one week, or 10 business days or what? either way, it's been well over 2 weeks...and no, all 3 times when I called and talked to you, all THREE times I was told one week for delivery, just like you typed up above...

so, when are they going to ship? looks like I'll have to friggin postpone my dyno tune because I won't have any friggin rotors on my car.

I never said the product wasn't good. I only stated that it took me 2-3 months to get my order right while I got the run around from you. You told me 2 weeks for delivery. It took 4. You told me several times when my order was wrong that you would overnight me the right parts. Never happened. I finally got what I ordered after 3 months of bullshit excuses.

Good product or not customer service is part of it. Without good customer service your business will fail.

Damn I wanted to order these but I am one impatient **** ... NowI need to decide. I could wait 10 days but 4 weeks is WAY unacceptable.....

 

It's like this I ordered rotors on March 31st. My card was billed April 2nd. That's 25 regular days & 18 business days. You called me April 13th and told me my rotors were already shipped & you would send (e-mail) me a tracking #. That was 14 regular days & 10 business days ago. I want either all my parts on my door-step or a legit tracking # for all my parts by Friday or I'm canceling my order & taking my buisiness & the business of my car club elsewhere.

I got them, with the pads. They took about 3 weeks to get here. BIG ******* DEAL. For the price and the quality you get, it is worth the time. Brian is a very stand up guy, and busts his *** to make everyone happy, and bring us a quality kit, at a great price. So why not calm down, and wait a bit. They aren't out to rip off anyone.
