I gave in and called yesterday afternoon 5/9 to check on my order. Was told that they had a "big" shipment going out that night and that my order was in it. Didn't get to talk to Brian but the woman I talked to was very helpful. So, for those that have been waiting, you might not have to wait much longer.

Yeah I took a chance and ordered last week. I called and Brian was swamped but the receptionist took a message and he promptly called me back and answered all my questions. He seemed like a very SINCERE guy and I could tell that the negative comments affected him. Its just my .02 but he seemed genuinely frustrated that there have been some issues........

Im pretty confident ...my buddy ordered from them and they were timely and the product was top notch.

I got my set yesterday and they look great. Took about 2 weeks to come in, but they are worth the wait!(I sent a money order) They look great, all 8 of them! Yes I said 8! They sent me 4 sets of rotors.(2 fronts, 2 rears) I called Brian and told one of his workers the truth. They are going to pick up the second package. I know its hard to make everyone happy, but at least he is trying. Goodluck to the rest of the LS1members and their orders.

Everyone placing an order should make sure they have an invoice and save it for the warranty. I never received an invoice with my order and after using them for 7 months the rotors are cracking from the drilled holes, and I never autocross this is under normal daily driving. These rotors started to rust in some spots as well in the first month and i was never happy with the performance over stock. I am not even going to consider trying to get another set under warranty, I am going to change out the rotors and pads as soon as i have the funds for some BAER rotors and Hawk pads. IMO you get what you pay for.

I never got an invoice after asking for it several times. Oh well what else could you expect with the sort of customer service they offer anyway.
