It took a few days for them to call me back, I just think you have better luck calling at random times. I spoke with a girl and she knew about ls1tech and she said all she knows how to do is ls1tech orders. I hope my order goes out soon

Ok I plan to order today, and so far i haven't received any answers to my ?'s. I would really like to know, could I pay by Credit card and what ones would i be able to use? Who am I supposed to ask for or talk to etc.

Communication is not the best like previously stated (although it was prity good for me) but I have 0 complaints and feel I got my $ worth for both the Pads & Rotors.I got mine from them over a year ago (I think) and have had no problems.

I called on 6/14 and they said that my rotors were going to ship the next day in the morning, they said they would email me the trackin info, and guess what no tracking number.. its going to be 3 weeks since i placed the order this saturday and I really hope i get these before the end of next week...

so far all good ! they were training some help so i guess things round there might be getting better, but cust service seemed good to me i just ordered the kit but with axis ultimate pads for $329.. which is really cheep since most places i priced the pads had them costing about the same as hawk hps pads you figure their only charging like $150 for the rotors which is unbelieveable ... so far im happy! they tolld me 2 weeks for delivery form cali so i guess theyll ship sometime next week
