damm.. i called you guys (WPD) like 20 times today and got no answer ....your voice mail said you were open today but no luck getting anyone to pick up the phone ...
my name is john regan.. can someone please contact me at 386-299-2731 you all shorted my on brake pads for my order you only shipped my 2 boxes today and in those boxes were my front and rear rotors yet i paid $329 to get the rotors and axxis ultimate pads

I'm ready to order a set for my 01 SS and 99 Regal GS(if you can get those) I would like w/o pads, but I dont want to wait 3 weeks to get my rotors. They are warped and need replaced now... pm me a price and info if you would.

i called today and they're over nighting me the pads .. thanks alot guys i know that had to cost big $$$$ but it really does showhow much of a good company you are to do business with

jammer yea alot of complaints have been said but so far they all seem to get taken care of.... i would agree with you if there was say 30 or hell even 5 un resolved complaints that have been open for a while.. but as far as i know most complaints have been solved pretty quickly
and you know every time i call (with the exception for my saturday morning calls) ive been able to easily get service and they've even called me back with info ...not to mention that atleast for my sale they just ate their profits in shipping costs to fix a incomplete order issue..
also i noticed they didnt hassle me with a f*load of questions about the shipment they just simply fixed it
and finally you know most people say you can either get 2 of the 3 quality, price, or speed
in this case their quality seems good, their price is unbeliveable, and their service is not bad
and you know every time i call (with the exception for my saturday morning calls) ive been able to easily get service and they've even called me back with info ...not to mention that atleast for my sale they just ate their profits in shipping costs to fix a incomplete order issue..
also i noticed they didnt hassle me with a f*load of questions about the shipment they just simply fixed it

Got my rotors last Wednesday and got the pads the next day. My buddy got his rotors on Friday, but still no pads. The quality was good although there were a few nicks in the rotor hub that looked to have some corrosion starting. I cleaned it up and painted the center hubs flat black anyway, so no worries. Overall, nice product and worth the wait. Just be patient and they will arrive sooner or LATER!!

yea actually they didnt show up today.. im hopefull; hopefull by "over-night" they ment that they'll have sent them over-night today and ill wake up tommrow to find them on my doorstep.. but the lady did say yesterday "you will have them in the next 24 hrs" and thats the litteral quote from linda (i belive thats her name) @ whosale parts direct....

GOD DAMMIT!!! I GET A E-MAIL TODAY, TODAY 2 DAYS AFTER THESE PADS WERE SUPPOSE TO BE OVERNIGHTED TO ME SAYING THAT MY "ODER HAS BEEN PLACED AND IS PROCESSING... AS IN HASENT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED YET!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE REALLY MAKEING ME EAT MY WORDS HERE .....

Ok Now (another Day After Again They Were Supposly Being Overnighted For The 2nd Time) I Called... This Time They Said For The 3rd Time O They Just Came In Off The Truck And Well Have Em Out ..but This Time I Asked For A Tracking Number After That They Put Me On Hold And Came Back 5 Min Later To Tell Me They Discontinued The Ceramic Pads And All They Had Was A Front Set To Sell So I Bought Them And A Rear Set Of The Metal Masters .... They Said They Would Overnight Them Being Their About 5 Weeks Late But According To Fedex Thell Be Here In A Week... You All Suck!!!! I Was The One Defending You But Your Service Blows It Shouldent Take 2 Weeks To Find Out You Dont Even Sell something Anymore And NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO GET MY PADS YOU ALL JUS TOLD ME THEIR COMMING OVERNIGHT If I Woulda Known This I Would Have Just Bought My Stuff Locally (even If It Costs More IT WOULD TAKED 6 WEEKS FOR MY BRAKES)
