Default Percy Glass on sale

This is a great weight savings and money savings.

SPEEDGLASS vs. GLASS
WEIGHT COMPARISON
The most valuable advantage of SPEEDGLASS for racers is the tremendous weight savings, not to mention being
shatterproof and extremely scratch resistant.
Following is an actual weight savings comparison for some popular race applications. Weight savings can vary
depending on thicknesses of SPEEDGLASS
windows used. The following comparisons are factory glass vs. a full set of 1/8" SPEEDGLASS windows, common
for most race applications.

WHY CHOOSE SPEEDGLASS OVER UNCOATED LEXAN ?

HIGHLY SCRATCH AND CHEMICAL RESISTANT

(RESISTS VIGOROUS RUBBING WITH STEEL WOOL!)

*50%-75% LIGHTER THAN GLASS

*FLEXIBLE

*SHATTERPROOF

*HIGHER RESISTANCE TO PITTING THAN UNCOATED LEXAN

*THE BEST IN OPTICAL CLARITY

*CAN BE CLEANED WITH STANDARD GLASS CLEANER

( NO EXTRA POLISHES OR CLEANERS NEEDED)

*EXCELLENT WATER SHEDDING CAPABILITIES

(WATER BEADS UP AND BLOWS OFF CREATING FANTASTIC VISIBILITY)

*WINDSHIELD WIPER FRIENDLY

Factory Glass thickness is 3/16" if you go less then that on the windshield you will have to run supports. You can tint these windows

Will the 3/16" door windows roll up and down? Also, does it match the factory glass pretty well and fit good?

From what it says on Percy's site. All the glass comes about 1" larger than stock so it does have to be trimmed. Says it contours like the factory glass too so I imagine it's possible to roll it up and down?

The windows will need to be trimmed the come slightly larger then the window opening. They can be tinted. These windows are not designed to roll up and down. The weight savings is 50-75% depending on the thickness you go with. Shipping would be truck freight collect so you pay the shipping when it gets to your door. (around $75)

WEIGHT PER SQUARE FOOT

.093" .78 lbs. Per square foot
.118" (1/8")-.94 lbs. Per square foot
.177" (3/16")-1.31 lbs. Per square foot
.236" (1/4")-1.67 lbs. Per square foot

The following comparisons are factory glass vs. a full set of 1/8" SPEEDGLASS windows, common for most race applications.

windows supports are custom done most chassis shops can do them. they use strips of AL custom cut to fit. www.quartermax.com has a universal kit part # 219606 hope that helps.
