i deal with tom at ls1 speed but im sure anyone at that place will give you excellent help, i wont buy from anyone but them from now on. i got the best deal on my qtp longtubes, i was more than happy with the deal, then i was ecstatic when i seen they were hvmc, i was about to call tom and tell him he made a mistake but i seen the post by qtp 
what a deal. i also got a hell of a deal on the header bolts and o2 extensions, again ls1 speed is the only ones ill ever deal with, too bad they dont stock the lanes true duals because thats what exhaust i am going for.

anywho, Speed Inc does kick ***, even though my last order was for like $100, I still felt as if I were treated like a customer who oreder $5,000 worth of parts...One day i'll have a short block from them too

Speed Engineering said that they could do race style, coated LT Pacesetter headers and a Off-Road Y-pipe on a 2000 T/A for $479.98. . . . . . . . . . . . . . What could you guys do?

I'm pretty sure that guy is offering $200 cam installs. Sorry, I didn't specify about dyno tuning, pushrods, gaskets, a/c recharge, etc. Here's his quote. "I am offering $200 for cam installs on 4th gen f-bodys and 04-06 GTO's...Dont pass up this great deal. Dont miss this great deal on labor. I can get the parts for you or you can supply what is needed. Thanks OFI".
My point is this, if I have a zo6 cam and want that cam put in my engine are you going to charge me $200 to put it in or not. I know fluids gaskets etc are extra.
