I'd certainly buy primered pieces at a discount and take them to local powder coater
If you do that you have even less overhead on those pieces and the purchaser can get it painted or powder coated in ANY color.
From where I stand seems like an easier way to get your name out there more cause people would just buy them and spray paint them for the most part and since no one else is doing it if you offer the right price you'd corner the competition
