What sort of production runs can you make and what is lead time. Say if I needed 200 mandrel bent 2.5 inch diameter stainless steel pipes? (simple bend design, easily within one program)

Ok, now that I got that out of the way. Can I get a price on 20 stainless steel 1.75" U-bends for header primaries, any logical/reasonable radius is fine.

What digitizing software do you use and what format would you need measurements in?

 

I need the depth (the angle of the bend), the length of the legs, and the diameter (size) of the tubing.

FLP, I am trying to locate some 2.5" exhaust pipe sections with a 3" offset S-bend for routing mufflers. Legs only need to be a couple inches long in front and behind the bend. I would need 4 of these; one front/one back for both mufflers.
