SCOTT-- Got my S60 today and it looks nice and sexy! BTW, Is it supposed to be really hard to turn over by hand? And what did you say again I should torque the ABS sensor down to? Hopefully I can start on the install tomorrow. Thanks again! This is by far the best customer service I have received in all my dealings with the major LS1tech sponsors. The rear arrived at my door less than 2 weeks after my 1st phone call to Scott with nothing but top notch service in between. I probably could've picked the rear up elsewhere for a few pennies less but I went with DLS for the great service I kept hearing about and that is exactly what I got! A big TTT for this sale and for DLS!

The tube seals are rubbing on the axle bearing retainer rings. Moser uses a thicker ring than everyone else. I have seen that on a few different builds without any issues. The sensor needs to be set to about 20 ft lbs and thanks for the positive feedback.

Truck freight to a Fedex depot for local pick up would be $145.00, add $100.00 for a lift gate truck to you home.

My new S60 is all in and ready to rock....fit like a glove! Now I just need to finish the motor! Scott- Is there fluid in it already and if I need to fill it, what should I use? Also, what is the break-in procedure?

You will need 3-4 quarts of 80W-90 non-synthetic oil for break in. Drive the car for the first time about 3-5 miles then let it cool for at least 2 hours, drive it again for 15-20 miles and let it cool over night. Put an easy 300-500 miles on it before you start really running it thru the gears.

Scott is an excellent sponsor! He built me a 12 bolt late last year. I haven't had a chance to get to the track and beat on it yet but I'm sure it will take all the abuse I can throw at it! 33 spline axles, welded tubes, TruTrak diff, hd driveshaft and nice weld on sway bar mounts. Can't beat it! Now I just need a torque arm and panhard rod so I can beat the **** out of this thing.

All Pm's have been replied, we can build a Dana 60 for your 2002 Chevrolet but you would need to go to an aftermarket disc brake system like SSBC or Wilwood.

Scott, I am interested in a shortend 9", but explain what needs to be done to weld on the relocation brackets? Also what to do if I plan on going with a Wolfe anti-roll bar?
Thanks.
