Default PBR Brake pad special--LS1 front brakes only

$59 shipped (ground freight, continential US only). Through 3/16/07

Semi-metallic, low-dust, high-fade resistant pads. These are street pads that are an excellent upgrade from OEM compound. Not too aggressive, but with better bite than the stock pads.

Excellent low-cost replacement pad with better bite and fade resistance vs. parts store brands. I've used them myself for years on many cars, including my Camaro.

PBR is an OE supplier to GM (look at your calipers, or even those on a C6 Z06), and has been awarded General Motors Worldwide Supplier of the Year Award for excellence in quality, as well as similar awards from Toyota, Ford, and American Axle & Manufacturing.

How do these pads compare to Hawk HPS?

I'll probably be calling about these...the pads I have on now in the front (Wagner Thermoquiets) SUCK when they get wet. Not exactly safe...

Quite similar to HPS.... Require a little more break in, other than I couldn't even tell you which was on the car. Really, when I need pads, I look and see what I have more of in stock and take and use those, be they HPS or PBR's. FWIW

$59 is one hell of a deal. I'm bummed I'm just now reading this post because I would have been all over that.
