Default Wilwood Special Pricing Starting at $1495 Through 5/31/07

Hey All,

For those wanting a great brake upgrade and price, I am offering a package most should be able to handle.

The base package includes the Wilwood 140-7763 13" front 6 piston kit with slotted rotors and black calipers, front lines, safety wire pliers & stainless wire for rotor assembly and 3 containers of DOT 4 fluid for $1495 plus shipping.

You can upgrade to drilled and slotted rotors for and extra $95 and to red calipers for an extra $100.

This pricing structure is also good for any other kit that Wilwood offers, so feel free to PM or e-mail me with your application for a price quote. You can check out www.wilwood.com to get an idea what else if offered.

Thanks.

Technically there is not a rear kit for the rear of a 98-02 F-body per Wilwood tech line. They have a couple 93-97 rear kits and one on their site says 93-2002. Summit shows it fitting a 93-2005, fo figure.

With that said, I would GUESS that a 93-97 rear kit MIGHT fit a 98-2002 with no traction control. I have no idea that if it did in fact bolt on whether or not the parking brake cable would fit or work.

Wilwood tech did say they are working on a 98-02 specific kit, but still at least 4 weeks away which usually means there is no release date scheduled and do not hold your breath.

With that said, a rear kit 93-97 F-body 140-7148 with vented one piece GT rotors and black calipers would run $549. A complete kit front and rear would then be $2044 plus shipping. A set of front and rear lines would add $130 ($65 each axle).

Again, I am not saying this rear kit will fit a 98-02 F-body and if it is purchased and does not fit there is no return available.

Hope this helps and thanks.

I have TT2's and tried them over Wilwoods. I would need a 3/4 spacer to keep them from hitting the spokes. I would be all over this to if I could get them to fit.

Here are the install instruction links and they have a measurement picture to see what wheel clearance is needed.

13" http://www.wilwood.com/PDF/ds446.pdf

It looks like the body of the caliper is out approx 1.73" from the mounting surface for the wheel. Hope this helps and let me know.
