i recieved one of these boots for my cts-v a while back and fitment was great! i ordered black alcantara with seat matching stitching. needless to say my vehical is always out in the sun (so much so my caddy emblem on front grille is almost colorless lol)... redline my boot is super-faded and i will need a new one! mine is almost brown looking.

also, is there anyway to get real alcantara? the real stuff is a bit more nappy which i love, and i am looking to have my steering wheel done, is this something you'd like to do?

Yes, I'm afraid the faux-alcantara could be better in terms of UV durability, leather will not fade, so I'd recommend considering leather rather than faux-alcantara. We don't have the real alcantara however we also offer the possibility of us using any material you provide to make your boots, we then charge you just labor, which means you get 25% off.
