3. Current Modifications List: Tubi exhaust, Renown LP570 Nose w/CF splitter, Superleggera CF skirts, Auto Couture Lative rims

7. I was on the hunt for a 6spd manual car in Verde Ithica (green) or Arancio Borealis (orange). It proved a lot harder than you would think and while I originally wanted an 2005+ car because of the hydraulic nose lift, I settled for this 04 because of its super low miles and that it checked off my color and transmission requirements.

I agree with your preferences of orange/green 6sp hardtop 05+. That's what seemingly everyone wants.

I kind of liked the polished lip on the other wheels, broke up the all black tire/rim look.

 

Im not sure what it is you are coming from car wise but I would def imagine this is a step up

Nice car! The '04-05 had better gearing in my opinion. The '06+ had a deeper final drive as well as 1st and 2nd. I know these cars well. Any questions, pm me.

Thanks! I wish I had an 05+ for the nose lift and an 06-8 for the gearing AND the lift...but it was hard enough finding this color in manual so I made that sacrifice.

Onto the juicy stuff...I ordered the Super Trofeo Stradale body kit in gloss carbon fiber from RevozPort via David Wong at SP Engineering. I can't say enough nice things about David (to be expanded on later).

Not sure if it got damaged from shipping or who knows but the important part is David was super awesome getting a replacement worked out. Revozport was making me a new one within the week!

This is where it gets fun because RevozPort wants the old one to be DESTROYED. I was a little bummed because I was imaging making it into a table or an artistic wall piece at this point, but I understand the company doesn't want me to bondo the damage up, paint it, and have a second functioning bonnet for resale.

Well i'm chatting here 4ish years later, there a reason you got an 04 and not the later ones cause I believe that they have more hp, regardless cool *** Gallardo.
