Default Which sound deadener are you using?

Im going to order about 100 sq ft of sound deadener soon and was wondering what you guys are using. The edead 45 is the cheapest by far at $1 a sq foot. I heard it fails in the summer though. Im looking at either b-quiet extreme, raamatt, or something thats not going to cost a ton.

I think I'm going to use the second skin damplifier. I would recommend saving your money a little longer and getting the good quality stuff. I've heard it's a real bitch to take the interior out and put the sound deadener in. I doubt you would want to do it twice and end up having to remove a bunch of asphalt from the inside of your car, along with the smell.......just my opinion

yeah, you get what you pay for. I still am unsure if i want to everything. I will prob just do the doors, area around sail panel, and rear well for a start because thats where all my speakers will be.

Not so bad, you can knock it out in two days.

Like I said before, you don't have to worry about heat with eDead anymore. I took my interior out in a couple hours. The longest part was installing the sound deadner. Mine took me 4 days with help.

If you plan on doing the entire car I would suggest getting 120sqft

I will be using 125 ft^2 of RaaMat and 6 yards (56 ft^2) of Ensolite, hopefully within the next week, just waiting on my second roll of mat. If you go with eDead then make sure you get the same stuff that Brian2006 got, eDead80, and not the cheaper stuff, eDead45.
