Default Grounding my subwoofer

I took out the bolt grounding my taillights near the latch and installed my ground wire using that bolt with the rest of the wires. I don't know if that affects the use of my taillights? When putting my hazards the sub bumped Everytime they turned on or off, sounding like a heartbeat. Turn signals don't bother it. I had it installed for a week or two like that, I'm wondering if it's safe to continue with the wire being ground there.

The ground wire from the sub is short, where is the next best place? I don't have access to a drill. It's on the driver's side.

I have a blaupunkt 8" amp built in.
