Default will this amp work?

I am planning on gettin a stealth box with a JL audio 10w3 V2 sub, i was wondering if this amp would be a good amp to go with it:
phoenix gold zx350, specs are:
110x2 into 4 ohms
175x2 into 2 ohms
350x1 bridged into 4 ohms

i think the jl sub you have is a 2 ohm sub, so if you are going with that amp, you'd either need two of those subs, or you'd need one SVC sub at 4 ohms instead.

Do not hold me to it but I think the Phoenix amp is mono two ohm stable. If your sub is a two ohm DVC you can series parallel the two coils to get 4 ohms mono. Or run the amp in two ohm stereo with one coil on each output.

the 10w3 is a dual voice coil and each coil has 2ohm. Which would make it 4ohm right? So would this figure apply to that: 350x1 bridged into 4 ohms, or is it not bridged if there are 2 2ohm voice coils?
