Cool Remote turn on

Hey I'm kinda new with the whole car stereo installation, but I went ahead and bought 2 12" Alpine Type-R with the custom T-top box from subthump.com for my 1998 3.8L Coupe Camaro. Anyway, I've run the power wire from the battery to the back and the ground as well, however I don't know where I can run my Remote Turn on Lead from the amp to? I've read that if you have a power antenna you can run it to that input on the back of the head unit, but I don't have a power antenna so I'm out of luck there.
Would it be possible to splice into my stock CD changer and have the amp turn on with the ignition? If not where could I run the turn on lead wire without replacing the stock headunit?

Thanks in advance
