Good Kill. They are not what they are talked up to be. They put a fuzz over 400 hp to the wheels. I put more to the wheels than a stock GTR. Sure the 0-60 is awesome if It doesnt break on the launch control.

Well then it is a piece of ****... I wonder what the GTR does without using the launch control self destruct button? Does it really make that big of a difference?

I agree Nissans are pretty much garbage, I owned a few 300xz TT years back and those turbo's lost boost regularly... I would say the only nissan I remember that was decent in it's time was the Pathfinder which actually won 4x4 of the year... Still a tin can... The 350z appear to be ok, not aware of the brake issue....

It makes a huge difference. The launch control is what allows that 4,000lb mass to get off the line and down the track quickly, if you don't use it you're driving a 13 second car. Just consider the fact that you're coming off the line at a low RPM in a low compression 3.8L V6 trying to move 4,000lbs without boost...by the time you hit boost a couple seconds later, its a lost cause. I tried to find some 5-60MPH tests (Motor Trend usually does those) but I couldn't find the right issue.

Should've thrown a bundle of LS1Tech stickers as he pulled his ricer flyby.
