Nobody around here wants to play when they hear the turbo. There was a C5 with a high school senior talking **** to my wife when she was at a gas station with my car. He was telling her how he didn't like the white stripes and how that the C5 would kill my ride. My wife calmly started my car, and revved it up slightly so he could hear the turbo spool and then asked him if he knew what that sound was. I was so proud of her! He walked back to Mommy and Daddy's Vette and started pumping gas.
when its a Corvette and a kid. that kids life belongs to the Corvette cause if he acts like an ******* and doesnt know how to drive the car, it can take his life faster than he can himself.

my current girlfriend knows a thing or two about cars and everytime some guy starts talking about their import she automatically steps in to tell them whats up and it shocks them everytime comin from a girl.
and you can always tell how much of an enthuisiast (totall spelled wrong) people are if their girlfriend knows stuff about their car and other cars they dont like!
