First Race In The Ls2 Gto Well im still pretty excited haha. I was cruising through town with my dad and 2 buddies in the back of the car, about an extra 600lbs worth of people or so. I look in my rear view mirror and a light back, there's a brand new black C6 Z06. I wanted to play just to see how i'd do and let him catch up, we exchange glances and eventually get out of traffic to the point we can open it up..he's about at my rear bumper with his nose and i drop it down to first and i'm at about 4200rpm, i stand on it with the traction control off and spin pretty bad, he goes by me pretty quick but when I caught traction in 2nd, he pulled about 4-5 or so cars away from around 30 - 70 ish. Its a death, but ill take it providing the fact that i'm in a stone stock ls2 that i bought for 17 grand while he's in his 80k dollar monster car. All in good fun though, I followed him down some back roads and honked when he turned off. Fun day

I'm running brand new 235/40r/18's Nexen A5000's that have about 150 miles on them since they've been on. It was slightly up hill and they had tire shine on them for what its worth... But this car is an animal for being stock, I can't wait to get saved up and get a tune and cut out on it!
Love the 6.0 goats...and the C6 Zs are mesmerizing. I followed one the other day( borderline stalked it) and finally my wife yelled at me and I snapped out of it. Needless to say I would have done the same thing
