i hate agreeing with you mustang guys :bang 
but i totally agree 110%, **** the freeway has huge retaining walls on both sides, the expressway's and freeway's should be a minimum of 65-70 if you ask me. otherwise its just a large city street going 55 i mean come on, even the econo boxes are still low in the RPM range at 65.

. Here in Georgia (ATLANTA METRO) do the speed limit on the highway and you might get run over(sometimes by someone's grandmother) LOL.

but yea i hate when people drive the speed limit. they clog **** up so bad, i usually can anticipate someone ahead of time just watching the road infront of me. then usually make a few quick lane changes to get around them. then i make sure im in front of them and i stick my hand up and point to the right multiple times as to tell them GTFO of the left lane A-hole!

Everyone knows that the Mustang is a slow girls car. 5 buslengths is completely possible and even likely. Come on now we've been through this before. The F-body will beat GTO's by 4 buslengths, Mustangs by 5 and Cobra's by at least a 1/2 a buslength. Jesus.

He probably shut down. I wouldn't doubt that. I figure if he woulda stayed in it, 4 or so cars would have been put on him.
Probably one of those guys that shuts down as soon as he gets yanked?
I raced an 01 GT w/ gears, exhaust and intake a while back, and he hung pretty good til 3rd, and then me and my buddy both pulled away by about 8 cars so who knows?
And yes, that guy stayed in it. We asked him after.

i'd most likely get an old notch and throw a GM motor in it before that
but in all honesty i used to just tear on fords no matter what, and i typically still do but just from listening to all you ford fan boys i've learned a few lessons on what stangs are and arent fast.
