'09 5.7L hemi challenger.
376hp@5150 rpms
410trq@4300 rpms
Curb weight is 3720lb.
So stock the challenger has better hp and torque. Plus he's also running a 6 speed so he's able to start in the right gear, as can the OP. His car weighs about 300 more than the OP's, and more than likely has a good driver, even though he prob didn't have the car for long before the race. Now...saying that the OP had about 340hp, I'd say that that race would definitely be close. That's saying that his few mods actually granted hime 65hp. The challenger more than likely had some nice *** tires considering its brand ******* new, and from the way it sounds the OP has had his Kumho tires for some time. Driving ability is kinda up in the air considering we haven't heard about the other guy's ability, but we did hear that the OP missed a shift then put it in a higher gear for some unknown reason. That right there at those speeds should have been his downfall considering this "should" be an even match from how everyone talks. So tell me again how a Camaro z28 at a 40 roll "smoked" a challenger? Please...I'd love to hear.

1993 Z28 LT1 T56/M29 1.6 pro-form RRs, Fastchips, 160 t-stat, B&M short shift, TB bypass, rebuilt and brought back from the dead 1x.
To give myself and everyone else somethin to go by, this is the list of mods that the OP claims to have. I don't have a full rundown of all the gains per part...but I'll give a personal calculation.
Rocker rollers...I don't know anything about. Off to a good start right?
Fast chips...I'd say a gain of 10% sounds fair.
160 thermo...5 hp
TB bypass...shows dyno gains of a whopping 6 hp
Rebuild...brings the motor back to 275 stock.
So here's the math equation.
1.10(275+6+5+RR)=314.6+1.10RR
Now...if someone besides the OP can give me an accurate measurement of the hp gain the Rocker Rollers will give, we can get a better assumption of the situation.
Yes I like math...**** you don't judge me
