My Ls car loves the 4.10 and LOOSE 3600 stall.
Buddy of mine in flordia "modularspeed" ... bolt on 98 cobra with 4.56... I have seen him yank 450awhp evo on the hole shot. Its all driver and gear in those things.

Gotta have the powerband with gears... my stock s197 cams and 4.10's were tight as hell. Another 1k topend with the aftermarket cams and they're perfect.
I wouldn't have 4.10's unless I had a 6500+rpm powerband. I'll be going with a centrifugal supercharger to augment that powerband.

Nice run. What are the mods on both cars?
In good hands N/A Cobras are not the dogs most people think they are. I ran a bolt on 01 Cobra that still had his stock gears even and it was a super close run with my SS.
And yes the Goats are heavy pigs, but a Vert Cobra is pretty heavy also.
