I'd say go with a 100-shot on the stock internals without boost.

i know a guy with a 125 shot on his 96 formula, but i think the higher u go with a dry get, it gets a little more dangerous than with a wet, personally, id do 100 shot myself u already got 366 rwhp..thats just damn crazy, imma be there soon

I would probably go with 100 shot as others had said ... but the real answer would be whatever your fuel system could handle. I don't remember the specifics of the LT1's injector sizes and whatnot, but a dry shot is completely dependant on fuel. Also your stock internals, but I doubt they would be a problem until you got near the 450-500 rwhp range, and I'm sure you'd be upgrading the fuel system way before that.

Justin, i'd say go with the 100 shot. Any more, and you'd want to run wet. To keep everything dandy you might wanna switch to a higher # injector... good luck with the hookup. You goin NOS? Isn't the snake sprayin TNT?

Lol how about show us some engine pics after the install and go with the 100 shot so the engine will be in one piece when we see it. I don't wanna see you waste that awesome LT1 by blowing it up and that way both parties are happy.
