I haven't seen any proof that any production car had the cammer installed. I've heard the rumors since I was a kid though. There were plenty of dealerships and racers that installed it in a lot of different cars, hell I even heard of a Dodge Charger that had one. I would have to see proof of the factory installed cammer. I am NOT saying your wrong or anything like that but if there is proof of this I'd love to see it. Thanks man.

if you say so....here is a video of my lt1 trans am m6 with just full exhaust, cai, and short throw shifter vs a 302 mustang h/c/i, full exhaust, t-56 swap, cai, carb convertion, dr's, and gears. not sure what gears though. race was from 35 both of us in 2nd. for all his mods i didnt lose that bad. and if you notice me shifting so slow was an issue. (i had only had the car for a couple weeks at the time.)

What kinda H/C/I are on that stang? Like stopsign said just because someone says they have a H/C/I on their stang doesn't mean **** an most likely it will still be slow cause they don't know wtf they are doing.

Oh and most 302 H/C/I are slow. Reason being 96.8% of the people that own H/C/I 302's don't know what they are doing and end up with a 302 and a set of GT40P heads and a ported Cobra intake. After all their work the car makes 290rwhp and runs mid 13's. Give someone that knows what they are doing a 302 and it will run HARD.

Had I notched the pistons like I should have for a bigger cam and went with some bigger heads and intake, the car probably would have made 340rwhp.
