to give you a idea I raced a friends pullied Cobra last night about 5 times from a 40 and 60 roll...his car put down 465rwhp and Im full factory weight + a heavy *** stereo system. From a 40 roll I spun all of 1st and had to lift in second because I was fishtailing but I still had a jump out ahead by half a car instantly...too bad I was spinning but we were dead nuts even to 140.

60 rolls, I get a instant 1/2 car jump and by 140 were dead nuts even.

My car runs STRONG....and that GTI runs stronger...hes a local car forum friend. I was with him last night....His oil pump actually just **** the bed in that GTI and he doesnt know if he hurt the motor yet or not.

 

also, I have my STOCK catback exhaust on my car still. I just ordered a texas speed rumbler last week. Im sure that will net me 10-20 more rwhp on the big end. Just enough to edge out the Cobra and GTI

 

prob more like 20 to 30, it will compliment the cam. 10 to 20 on a stock cam maybe. youve got Long Tubes?

 

yah...hooker competition 1 3/4" and a pacesetter off road Y into my stock SLP catback.

 

lol yeah the front half is sweet the back half is the choke point, you may lose a little low end torque but youll gain it all back mid to top end horsepower, with the new cat back. With a cam that size a stock set of pipes is murder, everything exhaust needs to upgrade to compliment the extra volume, the more volume you have, the bigger difference it makes when its upgraded. if you already knew that then everybody else does now too lol. So when are you gonna order the new Heads?

 

lol maybe heads will be on the winter to do list.
