As I was going to work on Monday morning, I was turning onto the road leading to the freeway. A Volvo S60R, black on black cruised by in front of me. I really like the way these cars look from the outside and his looked clean as hell. I didn't think he saw me get behind him since it was 5am in the morning and dark out. But when we turned onto the freeway entrance, he took the apex fast and rode out WOT. I took the V up to about 80mph but he kept going since he already had a lead on me. So I let him go. We turned onto an adjoining freeway where I caught him in the corner, and as I came by him in 3rd gear he dropped back to the speed limit.![Huh](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/huh.gif)
So this morning, I am coming to work on the same freeway when I pass this same guy. I knew it was the same S60 R. A 1/4mile down the road I took the turn onto the adjoining freeway, and he came up fast. I believe the S60R's are 300hp turbo inline 5 and AWD. Anyways, I seen his lights come up fast in the turn and I knew he wanted to play. As I came out of the apex, I went WOT. He tried to catch up but it was futile. 3rd, 4th 5th and many bus lengths later, he gave up.
Now I don't go around and pick on slower cars. It seems as though the cars I line up against have the small dog attitude and want to test the V. I would love to line up against the S60 R from a 40 roll. That would be fun.

a $900 chip and its at 360/360 for them. my friend had one and it was gorgeous. its the most comfortable and most refind sedan ive ever been in. ive heard they have trans issues once you start putting a lot of power in them and that they can't last. those with the factory body kit =sexy sedan.

OP, you and I need to play!
I wrote a scathing article about the S60 in Speed GT. And then later how smart it was for Volvo (minimal risk and investment).
