Default about... no action...????

for those of you with your badges off and or repaint, does it really help you get more races or not?, I'm seriously thinking of doing this to get more action...... I should say any action, but how long will this last before people know whats really up?

The only problem with taking your badges off is that the people that will try to race you won't be worth the gas you will use. You will probably get more ricers trying to race you but I think that would be about it. If you have your badges on then if someone of worth wants to race you then they will know what they are up against. JMO

edit: Be proud of who you are :sniffel sniffel wiping a tear from his eye:

i would have agree with 99, cause rice will think it is V-6, while other ss's and nice vehicles will A) blow you off and not race. B) Know that you my friend have something done and are trying hard to hide that. but it is your call.

I am doing it just because I like the cleaner look.

Do it for you, not for what other people will think of your car.

The best way to get races is to put a huge v-tec sticker on the side of your car with an APC winshield banner, single wiper conversion, neon green paint, and a big carbon fiber wing on top of the factory wing.

I get no action. Streetracing I'm talkin' about.

Seriously though, I never, never, never get tried. It's about 1 try per every 60 days.

I agree, except the hood needs to be carbon fiber, and the paint job needs to be the gayest pastel color of your choice!
Throw on a huge *** naaaaaawwwwwwwzzzzzzzz fender to fender sticker, and you'll be racing all day yo!
Oh yeah, and a neon kit never hurt to attract bees!

I actualy love running the de-badged LS1's.
It's always funny because they roll up trying to be sneaky about it, like no one notices the borla/corsa on the back instead of the single donkey dong exhaust like a V6 has.
It's all the more surprising for them when they realize that my motor is bigger than theirs, and has a lot more spray

Aries that was some funny **** ...

I'm not sure ... I like the look of no badges on the side ... but I would leave the Z28 on the rear fender. I think it gives the car a cleaner look on the sides ... never did like where they put those Z28 emblems.

Egh, I never liked the look of no-badges. Kinda makes the car look like a V6. Unless your a street-racing hustler or something, I don't think it's worth it.

Awwwww, I would give you some action if you were here.

As far as badges go, take um off. If the person is even worth racing they will know what your car is and wanna race you, the badges won't make a difference. I have never had badges on any of the cars I have owned and have been in uncountable races. It is all in the attitude and presentation to the other person. Sometimes a simple ****-eyed grin is enough and sometimes it takes half a tank of gas and 30 miles of driving beside the red T/A with the short blond guy driving while revving and looking over the entire time while he is trying to ignore you like you aren't worth his ******* time and then finally racing just as we get to Galveston only to find out that his car is ******* stock with open Borla and slow as hell!!

Sorry......................

Titbar and Aries, y'all have an advantage. Y'all definitely have the sleeper angle going on. I know Fox bodies can be fast, but I would never expect a friggin Nissan 240sx!!!! With that said, I have been low on action lately. I can't get any F-bodies to run lately. Hell, Im hangin out of my window yelling at them telling them their car sucks and it is slow as hell and they just pull away shaking their heads like I'm a crazed lunatic......maybe cuz I am acting like one. Seriously, people haven't been running me lately. Just can't get none. WIth that said, I am going hunting. Hopefully I can produce a story here soon. Just hadn't had much lately.
