Thanks. I actually wanted Jet Stream Blue but couldn't find that color when I was ready to purchase. The yellow has grown on me a lot though.

Nice kill! I wonder if thought he was running a Z-06 before he got killed. That would explain the attitude....

How's it goin' guy. Yeah it's not gonna be pretty putting a high 9-sec car up against a high 10-sec car. lol And when we ran I was stock. Not like now I wod pull you with my current mods but still...I've got something up my sleeve. Stay tuned...

That is a possibility. I had mine the other day sitting next to my boy Franks Z and from about 40 feet it pretty hard to tell the difference. You can't see the see-thru panel on my hood nor read the badges from that distance, and with both hav ing flared fenders I can see how one would mistake 1 for the other.

I am not a Ford fanboy. I have no allegiance to any company. I like GM cars just as much as Ford. I am not sure I understand your comment. Are you saying adding boost is stooping low? If that's the case, most everyone that races is stooping low. I think the fact that the ZR1 has boost just makes me WANT IT MORE.

I would consider this lower actually..

GM needs to get themselves out from under the thumb of the current administration that is trying to make a point about gov run businesses. AKA socialism.

couldn't tell the difference between the two...just like with a ZR1.
I know someone that thought a Cobra was a V6 because it didn't have one of the fake hood scoops the GT did then. I bet that happens a lot.

The Dodge SRT-4 didn't have he word "NEON" on it anywhere, yet it was still a Neon.

Nice. I bought my GT 5 months ago and it had 9k miles on it. It has 13k now, but still. That's obnoxiously low for a 02 year car. It's pretty, but nothing as beautiful as your car is. Here is a pic of my car when I bought it, before I detailed it.

Yes but clearly on the rear of the ZR1 it says "Corvette" so even that doesn't apply. That guy is just clueless.

exactly, he clearly stated that the ZR1 is not a Corvette, that it is simply the Chevrolet ZR1, but if you follow the previous links I posted, I proved him wrong many times, including a link to chevrolet.com and the page where you ORDER your Chevrolet Corvette ZR1.... So his mistake but we are hijacking this thread.......

Sorry for the Hijack...

We don't really pay any attention to him. He's wrong more often that he's right. Honestly, I'm not sure I've seen a post yet from him where he was right about something.

I guess he thinks that Chevy didn't want to tarnish it with the Corvette name?

I gas it in 6th a little bit as he gets on his brakes then move up behind him to see his license plate read "KB03SVT" lol. I switch lanes still at part throttle but now in 4th gear and pull up on him. He looks over at me with a cocky face like i'm small time and then drops it. I punch it and immediately pull away, and pull and pull and pull until he backs out of it. I was at 140-ish when I looked down at my speedo which comes VERY quick in this car. I had him by about 5+ cars when it was all said and done. I tried to get the guys attention to pull off on the next exit so we could talk but he did not even look at me again after that. He dropped back in the fast lane at a steady cruise until I saw him exit in my rear-view. I'm thinking maybe he just wanted the chance to run an LS9 i dunno. I'll take any chance I can get to walk a Cobra though.
it's ok, I got some cars that would put your ZR1 to shame though

my bad on the corvette thing. I distinctly remember reading that they were dropping the corvette on the ZR1 because marketing a 120K car that hax the name of a 47K car isnt easy.

Guess they changed their mind.....

As far as Unit...Guy drives a mustang...What more do I really need to post
