I wasn't aware there were fast Scions out there, either. Reminds me of the Civic I raced recently, though. From a roll I would get the jump because of his giant turbo lag, then he came crankin by me pretty good way up top. But from a dig even with him on his low pressure drag slicks I yanked him by a few cars in the 1/4 on my drag radials. If all you like doin is roll racing and you don't want to go too crazy with the power, I supposed a FWD car is fine. But if you like digs, low rolls, and high power/torque, especially on the street, it's just not the way to go (at least that's my opinion).

I am suprised a turbo one is that fast. I have beaten up three supercharged ones with my low 14 sec MR2 SC. Two of those kids blew up the stock bottom ends on them with boost. Good thing I know now they a turbo one is a whole different ball game.


I would run that 700HP one with my Fox body-where did this race take place?
