the dude in the rx7 trapped 124 he said, he won't need 600+ to run with him, my 3600lb turbo z28 that made 450/550 went 11.20s and trapped 124. Unless the dude in the rx7 just wasn't gettin any traction at all in the first 1/8 of the track, it wouldn't take more than 500/500 to run with it in a full weight car.

****, imagine my ZX14 engine with a 12psi turbo setup making a rock solid 350rwhp in that RX7.
Talk about power to weight! I bet my bikes motor doesn't weigh more than 200 pounds WITH the transmission attached! A chain drive is pretty damned efficient, too: Figuring out the rearend would be a bitch though.

Heh, and I thought it was just my roommate that got creative with oil catch cans... I'll see if I can dig up a pic of his engine bay...

That's a very nice looking RX-7.
Are you planning on getting the tune fixed up before the nitrous race? I'm guessing that the 522 rwhp you made in the 100 shot was when you were making 415 rwhp on motor? On the same setup that you trapped 127 I think it will be a damn close race.

My motor is forged and set-up for nitrous so If I reallllly wanted to I could up the shot to a 150-200, but I probably wont, My goal for the car was to have a reliable 10-sec car without pushing it too hard.
Here is a picture of the dyno sheet, as you can tell it's not really running like it should, for some reason I said at the top of the page I was running rich, but actually I'm running quite lean with way to much variation within 3 pulls in the air/fuel. The tune is a little to much on the edge for me to want and go pound on it.

I dont have the rest of the dyno sheet from 5.5k and up, I spin the car to 6800 right now but I should probably lower it.

^That's awesome, I'd love a ls1 swapped rx7 someday, did you use a Hinson conversion kit?
Pretty sure it's just a tune issue, when it was first tuned it was tuned on 93 octane, Nebraska started switching all the gas station's to 91 so I just pulled a couple degree's of timing instead of getting it properly retuned. Pulling the timing I'm assuming is causing the loss in power. Also according to Hptuners my 02's arent heating up correctly, which may or may no be causing the varation in air/fuel idk. So there is a couple thing's I need to get done so it's back where it needs to be.
