Honestly I as well have never seen a fast GTO...At the track my mild cam ls6 heads auto C5 was runnin 12.8's...Guys GTO with a 100 shot was running 13.1's...
Just never been impressed in any way what so ever...Belieave it or not..Back in the day for a short time I was a GM sales man and the best cars on the lot were 2005 GTO's...I had a hard time trying to lie to people and say they were just as good or better than a vette..Especially when my vette was parked across the street.....
They were just so disgusting..The only way I could get people interested was with the huge price reductions because no one was buying those ugly cars...I think we were down to like 28K brand new???? Been a while...
As you can see the GTO hatred runs deep within me....When you posted friendly battle with a GTO the first thing that popped in my mind was the new TITANS movie and how the GTO reminds me of MADUSA..I was praying you didnt look directly into it's headlights.
