This once again proves one irrefutable truth: Men are driven by the same needs and ambitions no matter where they were born, or from what geneological line. They just allow all that is right and proper in our world to coalesce into one passion: Cars! Heck, I'm pretty sure that Researching, driving, building, racing, talking, dreaming, and living for all that is the thrill of the automobile is the very definition of a 'Real Man' in Webster's Dictionary.
I wonder how many of us actually would have the jobs we do have if it wasn't for the habitual need to mod and buy our cars? (Or any job for that matter?) I know I could be working ALOT less overtime if I wasnt spending so much money on my car and motorcycle hobbies.
Work sucks as a rule, but every day that I stumble into my garage before sunrise and hit that garage door opener I get the amazing view of the lights flickering to life above my GTO's roof, all bright red paint, curvy lines, and welcoming soft leather seats. I inevitably let a slow smile creap over my face as I walk around the new triple disk torque converter box lying infront of my car next to the just arrived Derale fan-equipped top of the line trans cooler.
"They are going in this week - hopefully" I tell myself.
I then glance over to the new roller rockers, comp cam, lifters, gaskets, and various odds and ends and assure ?myself? them? that they are next on the list.
Now fully awake I head to work, mentally ready to deal with all the crap inherent with any good job. Sound familiar fellas?

Awesome awesome vids.
Mr Sticks over here just nailed it.
I bet you are like me were besides the "pushing the garage button analogy" you also take a few peeks back at your car as you walk away from it parked.....
