Mach 1 vs Trans Am

Machs are very impressive......here is a vid of mine. It made 300rwhp N/A and 425/550 on spray with 4:10's. The Cobra in this vid made 480/514. The Z06 ran 11.60 at 118. The yellow C6 trapped 117. The T/A makes 340. the last 2 races were 40 rolls are both on motor and they were 40 rolls.

Here is another one with me spraying froma 40 roll. The car is a heads cam car with a small cam but good heads. Made 420 through a 9 in. With gears. Car trapped 118.

Cory, for some reason I always pictured your Mach 1 as being red, lol. Cool races! I love the nitrous for the ability to turn it off (lets me race alot more cars) and because you can make the same peak power as another car (or or less) and still pull away.

Potential if nothing if you don't take advantage of it.
Regarding v6's matching power, I would hope technology from 2010 surpasses technology that was used in the 97-04 years. Keep in mind that although rated at 305hp, the LS1's generally dyno tune high 200's to the wheels from the factory
That is one CLEAN Mach 1 btw OP. Sounds pretty damn good too.

Bolt-on for bolt-on, they stay relatively even as well.
The difference begins with more serious mods. The LS1 can get a big lead with just a cam for little money.
But, it would take heads and cam to make the same power as a mach 1 with just a blower. Still, the mach 1 would have a bit more money invested I think.
It doesn't exactly matter though. Everything is nearly irrelevant when you bring up modifications, prices, and potential race outcomes.
