I'm no expert on the differences between chevy engines, but i'm almost certain that's an LT1 intake i see when the hood is up, not a big block.

All the new GM crate "Ram Jet" engines have a single upper/lower manifold like the LT1. That's a LT1 as the plug wires are going to the front of the block to the POS optispark.

Yep DMNSPD is right. It is a huge supercharged LT1. Very nice car, very fast! havent heard too much about it though lately.

Yep, that's a blown LT1. I'm surprised it only makes 530rwhp or so. It's funny how 500rwhp isn't a big deal any more. I want 1,000rwhp!

"Fast" is so dependent upon frame of reference. I honestly thought at one point my LS1 was fast when it ran 13.0 @ 107mph N/A. It made about 320rwhp then. I believe that's the basis for all ricers.

A mid 14 second car is fast to a lot of people. I used to have a 98 Monte Z34 with a 3.8. I thought my LS1 would be plenty fast and I wouldnt mod it.
