That might be off-topic but I'm looking for a wide angle webcam to mount on my windshield. Possibility to rotate is a plus

I have a GOPRO HD it is apretty cool little set up comes with a bunch of mounts and it records in FULL 1080HD

 

I use the Racer's Lounge when I want to ask a question like this.
Or even Multimedia in this case, because it's a media related question.

BTW, you want a digital cam, not a webcam. The Go pro camera is widely used in motorsports.
It starts at $300, shoots in HD, and can be mounted nearly anywhere.
