I am not sure what the factory HP rating was, but the drag calculator says it had 210HP without the nitrous. As for the nitrous kit's jetting, It was an old magnum brand nitrous kit and I cannot recall the numbers on the jets. But, I can tell you that the car picked up almost 2 full seconds and 15 MPH on the juice. As you can imagine, I was quite pleased with that setup.

Great story and better yet, story telling Tigger.
Your post reminds me of one of the funniest, well articulated kill stories I have seen on the web. It was posted on TGO around 2001 by a guy with a 8 second Dodge Dart. Long story short was that he mopped the floor with a big boost Supra after the Supra owner pronounced that there wasnt a street driven american built car that could take his Supra. IIRC, for some reason the Supra owners girfreind had to ride shotgun in the dodge during the race.

Lol, TGO changed ( sold out) a couple of months later and deleted the open forum that allowed street racing threads. I was hoping some else on this site had read the story. It was classic, at the end the guy said he looked at the shocked Supra owners girlfreind and made a circle with his right hand thumb and index finger. He then took his left index finger and rubbed it around the circle made with his right hand. She paniced but couldnt get out of his car and when she did the boyfreind ( young, cocky Supra owner) didnt say a word. It was so well written, wish I could still find it.
BTW, the dart had a 500+ CID old school hemi with a 12/71 on top running on alchohol. It ran low 8's on a street setup and 7's on the track.

I have to be honest, when I saw how long that was I almost didn't read it as stories that long are usually confusing and boring. After reading it, I'm extremely impressed and glad I took the time. Great story, and congrats on the win! I'm sure that was one delicious breakfast at Denny's ![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)

Nice looking car, btw, I bet you suprise alot of people with it.
An LS6 swap would be badass. There's a guy around here that swapped a stock LS6 into his 1985ish Monte Carlo and went 12.3. In a well setup car you could see 11's with the factory HP rating and driveability!
