Thanks guys for the compliments, I like how it looks for now also and it was a fun run.

Maybe because a 4.6 is actually a pretty small motor for being a v8. Take a look at a piston sometime and you will see

Bring that sorry excuse of a car you have down here or quit following me around talking ****. I will risk breaking my transmission again at the track just to drag your *** down the 1/4.

you trapping 115 however should be able to easily hand a its *** of a roll.

I know i will sound generic and repetitive but...ls2 top end is beautiful, hence why such a narrow victory maybe.
Yea I know the ls2 is very strong up top and is a really stout motor, but like you said I should have pulled him harder even shifting easier. Thats why I'm thinking he had more done to it than just mufflers, Maybe Full exhaust and cai????

Yea I figure there would be some nut swingers that would come in here, even if I was sharing my experience with good run and actual decent guy.

That may be.... But who the hell cares how it gets it's power? Pretty damn sure I have a hell of a lot less money in my car than you do and you run the same times What does that say to you.

n00b Thats not the reason I posted it. I was sharing my experience with an actually good guy and I would have posted it win or lose. I never street race so it is a rare occation that I post this stuff but I have always wanted to run one of those things

Please don't bring the 2011 in this thread. Thanks

not to go off on a random tangent, but looking at your et and trap that is why some times i dont care much for numbers people lay down et wise if the trap cant back it up. 115 seems really slow to say you are an 11 sec car. you would have a tough time racing alot of "slower" cars on the highway.

only thing about that is if he didnt cut a 60' and went 12.2 instead of 11s, hed prolly be trapping 118mph. the faster the e.t. and faster the 60' the lower the trap speed is gonna be.

I would drag your *** down the track! Cars run better at different tracks! I'm happy with my times thats why they are posted. Have you ever raced at a 1/4 track.

I know you had to have that procharger to probably run what ever time your car runs. I would love to run you at the same track under the same conditions.

Yes... but you needed heads, a cam, a gear-swap, torque converter, and drag radials.

Its true!!! .. Mustangs run good at the track even with less power. I always have that luck to catch them on the highway. lol Than KB cobra comes up so I exit quickly...LOL
