building a home turbo kit is easy with a little research and some good parts. its far cheaper than a kit, and often times is better. im debating pulling my motor and changing the crank for even more boost. i like big singles. simplicity. a stall converter or boost braking removes the 'lag'. i love turbos. mine sounds like a jet engine also. i open dump the wastegaste. no muffler. my exhaust exits in fron t of the driver's tire.
nice kill and cool car man. kill em all.

I'm at work so I can't watch your bad *** vid that everyones talking about but your build sounds similiar to mine, with you having a slightly bigger turbo. Turbo auto cars are bad ***, but I love driving a stick too much so I went with a T56. Anyways though, can't wait to see the massacre when I get home!

That doesn't make sense. Regardless, it's all about the setup and a turbo / auto
setup is usually killer. Nice work.

lol wheres all the "usual" Ford SR&K posters on this one? Too much of a deciding win? Not enough there to bench race with?
No I'm serious. Look at any other thread here with the words "Ford" "Mustang" "Cobra" etc and you'll see the usual crowd picking the OP or OPs story/video apart in a ultimate "shoulda, coulda woulda" tirade. No doubt they will now come in to attack me, but seriously, they are usually the first 5 posts under the OP in a "xxx vs Mustang" thread.
OP nice vid. Crazy fast TA.

There are a lot of variables involved, but a good estimate would be about 128-130mph...some lower...some higher. I'll give you an example of one variable...a lot of guys with the same blower I have (2.2L KB) make 600rwhp but they only make about 520rwtq whereas I'm making 600rwtq. That extra
80ft-lbs makes a ton of difference. That's just one example out of many.
