He was being sarcastic about the Integra. He means the car was a straight up 4 banger, not a real Type R, but the ricer had a Type R banner on the windshield. That is what his "Type 4" meant.

Nice kill!!!!! I've reved my car pretty high in netrural b-4 I don't think it's gonna hurt anything.....please correct my if i'm wrong, I've watched many vid's and sound clips with people giving some healthy revs
