Not many people give 3V's much credit. Your average 3V is a 14 second car since 75% of them are owned by older men or women or kids that got them handed to them. I suck at driving and I got a 13.5 at 103 out of mine, granted technically it's not stock. Best I could do with my old 2000 firehawk with catback was a 13.8 at 104 with a crappy launch, but the mph should stay around the same, and 1 mph between the 2 cars is not a big difference to me. The cars are similiarly matched if you ask me, however I do believe a bolt on LS1 will have more potential that a bolt on 3V.
Motor Trend went 13.3 @ 108 in a STOCK '98. But of course all drivers aren't equal.
