Love the setup, i as well am on the stock clutch and I often get locked out of 4th gear at only 6600-6700 on motor so i cant imagine revving to 7k lol. Im yet to even take it higher then 6200 on spray.

I always change the clutch fluid in my Z06, and I am going to do it to the camaro in few days and see how that works. hopefully it will solve the problem

Yea Ranger did a nice write up/vid on this... I always follow his instruction on my Z06, but never did in the camaro

yea me too probably in 3-4 months though. im getting heads/cam for my Z06 and cant afford the clutch now not even for the Z, since i doubt the stock clutch will hold 540+wtq/570+whp I guess we will see how that goes

i just saw a ls1 camaro with a 402 and procharger make iirc 600whp and 560wtq on a ls7 clutch. it was starting to slip a little but it has 40k miles on it with that power

wow thats good to know! maybe he is talking it really easy on the clutch? I took my Z and after few launches it started to slip a little and stick to the floor! and that with bolt-ons only! some people over the corvetteforum have cam only Z06s and say the stock clutch is giving them trouble! but I guess we will find out. my clutch has 30k++miles and the clutch didnt like some of those miles lol
