That is terrible, but I guess it is healthier on your engine than say, 3000. I guess the dealerships do not want to deal with pubescent males destroying their new LS1's for factory fresh new parts at GM's expense. Thanks for the info, y'all.

The car has a 12.3 in it. some lower control arms with relo brackets are going in next.
My goal with the car is to go as fast as possible with as few mods with no weight reduction. Stay tuned.
The comments about me beating the driver and not the car are true, most people "think" since they have a faster car it will go fast at the track. A+B=C
Theories don't work, and its not a perfect world, most of the time these guys run slower times with big mph.
There's a guy here in Orlando that has all the mods for his 03 and can't get out of the 12's... I'm not saying its the car, its the driver. Don't be afraid to challenge one of these things.
