Yes sir you are correct 2001-2006 E46 M3 with a 3.2L inline 6 cylinder.

* 0-100 km/h (62 mph) — 4.8 seconds for SMG, 4.6 seconds for Manual, 5.1 seconds for cabriolet

I talked to the guy very briefly after the last run and complemented him on his car. Very nice BMW... hes who stated he had intake and exhaust only.
